MEET OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF
Tomasz Norek
Originally from the seaside town of Mielno, our Executive Chef was raised on traditional Polish cuisine, which gave him a solid foundation and shaped his culinary sensitivity. Without compromise, he says that for him, the most important thing in the kitchen is flavor – and the pure expression of the finest ingredients.
He began his career under the guidance of Adam Gessler, learning the art of interwar Polish cuisine, and went on to gain experience in renowned restaurants across England, Germany, Milan, Spain, and Norway – including establishments awarded Michelin stars.
In Catalonia, he discovered his passion for Spanish cuisine, especially dishes featuring fish and seafood. Today, he shares his expertise as a culinary trainer, believing that humility and hard work are the keys to growth – and to blending tradition with modernity.
